It really was a Grand Parade in Bellingham, WA this year! A great crowd of people gathered to watch over 100 entries in the parade on a perfectly beautiful day.
My husband and I got downtown early to watch the parade. It wasn't long before the streets and sidewalks were full. We parked our lawn chairs on the corners of Cornwall and Champion. This is where you can view over 100 picture's that we (my husband) took. We also have some small clips of video's posted on YouTube that you can view as well!
After touching up, resizing, and uploading each photo I was a bit disappointed with the quality after the 7 hour task! However, I hope you will enjoy them. You will also be able to download them yourselves if you had a friend or family member in the parade.

The parade is a kick-off for the the annual Ski to Sea Celebration. This signature event takes place every Memorial Weekend. This is an 85 mile race that starts at our majestic Mount Baker and ends in Fairhaven (south Bellingham.) Athlete's from all over come to compete.
