Cafe Caffe' in Bellingham

We have known about Cafe Caffe' in Bellingham for sometime. You can see it hidden on a little hill just off Meridian behind Ross and Shari's restaurant. But took more determination to pull in there and try it out. I say this because it really does seems a bit hidden off of the Guide Meridian and only because it doesn't stand out like a soar thumb.

This time we made it priority. We were hungry and wanted to try something new and also cure our curiosity!

The Cafe Caffee' is much more worthy than our drive by "good intentions."

Not only is it a great little place with perfectly friendly service, but it is quiet, yet, very inviting!

I love quiche, but the only time I can have it is when I do go out for breakfast. Cafe Caffee' really does have the best quiche in Bellingham! Homemade, too, mind you!

They have omelet's, breakfast wraps, waffles, and pastries, salads, soups, kids menus and more....

So, not only breakfast, but they do have a pretty good menu for lunch as well and a nice variety pannini sandwiches.

In our humble opinion, Cafe Caffee' is a good candidate for best breakfast in town!
