Bellingham Art Galleries

Jody Bergsma Galleries are a show of awe-inspiring local talent that has reached the far corners of the earth. You can visit her showroom in Bellingham, WA 6 days a week. The Bergsma Art Gallery is located at 1301 Fraser Street #A6.

The Pacific Marine Exchange and Galleries is Washington's largest marine art gallery that features local and regional artists. They are located at 700 West Holly Street and are open Tuesdays thru Sunday.

The Big Rock Garden in Bellingham, WA is an outdoor exhibit of fine art from artists all over the nation. It's a beautiful Japaneze-style garden with displays throughout that are quite eclectic. Sometimes the artists will be in the garden and sometimes there are concerts there as well.

Blue Horse Gallery is the oldest of all of Bellingham's art galleries. They represent artists throughout the United States, British Columbia, and Canada.

Art Gallery West has fine and contemporary art displays. They are located at 1300 12th Street here in Bellingham, WA.

Lucia Douglas Gallery also displays fine art in Bellingham, WA, representing Northwest artists. The gallery is open Wednesdays thru Saturdays and are located at 1415 13th Street.

If you are going out on a scenic drive along Chuckanut Bay you will want to stop at the Chuckanut Bay Gallery & Sculpture Garden. They are right on Chuckanut Bay at 700 Chuckanut Drive and their open 7 days a week!

Performing Arts Bellingham, WA

Allied Arts of Whatcom County provides opportunities for local artists, crafters, and arts performers around Whatcom County to interact with members of the community through exhibits and festivals around the county.

Bellingham Festival of Music is a world class organization composed of local, regional, and national musical talent as well as featuring musicians from all over the world.

Bellingham Theatre Guild is put on by a local group that gets together and puts on plays, readings, and does workshops and presents them to the public.

The Idiom Theatre is a fun-filled laughter-bound live theatre and invites you to participate. Non-professional actors and actresses with local writers and directors.

The Mount Baker Theatre is the largest performing arts theatre north of Seattle. It's mission is to provide arts, entertainment, and social interaction through a wide variety of programs that results in personal enrichment and enjoyment. It creates a sense of community for diverse audiences in the region and acts to preserve the restored historic Mount Baker Theatre as a home for local performing arts organizations, film, a venue for touring performers, and community events.

The Jazz Project is a non-profit jazz organization dedicated to increasing performance opportunities for local, regional, national, and international jazz musicians.

The Midnight Mystery Players provide a radio drama program on KMRE-LP, 102.3 FM, a low powered station which began broadcasting in 2005 from the American Museum of Radio and Electricity in Bellingham, Washington.

The Upfront Theatre is mostly ran by volunteers and was established by well-known and much-loved comedian Ryan Stiles from "Whose Line Is It Anyway." The theatre offers improv comedy and a fun and relaxed setting in downtown Bellingham, WA.

The WWU Performing Arts Center is located at Bellingham's Western Washington University campus featuring fine and performing arts.

The Whatcom Chorale is a community chorus presenting concerts and provides opportunities for people in the community to join in the joy of singing.
