Shopping in Bellingham, WA for a Halloween costume store?

Last year I had the Spook Shop on here that was located in the Bellis Fair Mall. I am not sure if it is reopening there or not this year, 2209. But I have seen 2 shops on Meridian for Halloween costumes on the way out towards Walmart on the same side of Meridian.
One is called The Spook Shop and the other is called Spirit Halloween.
