My name is Douglas Cowgill, and I am a recent law school graduate from the University of Wisconsin. I moved to Washington earlier this year hoping to find a career in environmental law. Since moving here, I have worked for a law firm in Everett and studied extensively for the July Bar Exam. Outside of work, my main hobbies include soccer, tennis and scuba diving. I love being outdoors, and often go hiking in the beautiful forests here in Washington.

At the moment, I am contemplating opening my own law practice in Bellingham. I have always wanted to be my own boss, and would love the freedom and excitement of starting my own business. The economy is terrible right now so I can see why you'd be forced to start your own firm. But maybe someone will hire you before it gets going. Best of luck sir!
