Eight of us, hungry and ready to eat, went to the Nooksack River Casino and slathered ourselves in butter for some lobster cracking lip chomping good food. I never considered myself as living an isolated life, but last evening was the first time I have been to an all you can eat lobster fest!

Much to our surprise there wasn't people lined up at the door "hoping" to get to the lobster buffet before it all ran out! For only $34.95, they had (did I mention) all you can eat lobster, chicken, salad bar, deserts a plenty, and lots of other goodies, if you can get beyond the lobster! I say that because a couple of us didn't!

The lobster's were medium sized, so eating more than one was doable. I think one of our friends ate 8 of them!!! Our friendly waitress, Molly, was the best waitress I have come across for awhile. She kept bringing plates of lobster so we didn't have to get up and leave our table. She was great! And very patient with our rowdy bunch of friends.

The Nooksack River Casino is having this all you can eat buffet every Thursday evening starting at 7 pm through the month of August. If you love lobster, it's a pretty darn good deal! Ask for Molly to serve you!
